South Dublin Libraries invites you to Firstival, an exciting festival designed for adults eager to step out of their comfort zones and dive into fresh experiences! This January, our libraries will transform into spaces of discovery, where you can explore unique activities you may have never tried before.

Firstival is all about “firsts.” Maybe you’ve always wanted to try painting, learn an instrument, or experiment with creative upcycling. Our lineup of workshops and events will include hands-on arts and crafts, movement and wellness sessions, and interactive music experiences - all led by friendly instructors eager to introduce you to their crafts. Whether you’re a complete beginner or just curious, these sessions are perfect for giving something new a try in a welcoming, no-pressure environment.
