About

Our Mission & Values
At Arts Ireland, we believe art has the power to transform lives and strengthen communities. Our mission is to make high-quality art accessible to everyone, from rural towns to urban centres, and from beginners to seasoned professionals. We champion creativity, inclusion, and collaboration, ensuring that everyone - regardless of background, age, and ability - can experience the joy and growth that art brings.

Impact & Annual Report
Through Year of Arts and our growing network, Arts Ireland has engaged hundreds of participants and delivered dozens of workshops and programmes annually, supporting individuals, families, and artists to explore, create, and thrive. This umbrella initiative allows us to expand our reach and impact even further, bringing art into more communities and making high-quality creative experiences widely accessible.

Team & Board
Our dedicated team and board bring together expertise in arts, education, and community development. Building on the foundation of Year of Arts CLG, we combine experience with fresh ideas to ensure Arts Ireland programmes are innovative, inclusive, and impactful.

Partners & Funders
Arts Ireland thrives thanks to the support of cultural organisations, local councils, philanthropic partners, and our network of collaborators. Together, we provide workshops, studio spaces, and free memberships for underprivileged families, ensuring arts access for all.

Careers & Volunteers
Arts Ireland is growing, and we’re always looking for passionate people who want to make a real impact in communities across Ireland. Whether you’re exploring a career in the arts or hoping to volunteer your time and skills, we’d love to hear from you. Together, we can create meaningful, accessible arts experiences for everyone.
Our Passion for Arts

Our passion for the arts runs deep... it’s at the heart of everything we do. At Arts Ireland, we believe that creativity should be part of everyday life as it is a powerful tool for personal growth.
Through making, imagining and exploring, people build confidence, strengthen critical-thinking-, problem-solving skills, and open the door to innovation.
Art helps us understand ourselves and others, fostering empathy and connection. We champion the arts not just for their beauty, but for their ability to shape stronger people, stronger communities, and a stronger Ireland.
